As Cacabey Planetarium, we have implemented a special geodesic planetarium project in order to contribute to the science and technology vision of İzmir Bilişim Vadisi.
The established planetarium is supported by a high-quality geodesic dome skeletal structure and is designed to offer comfort and aesthetics together in the interior.
In the project:
A full dome (360°) impressive visual experience is provided by using a special projection system with a fisheye lens.
Special bean bags are placed in the interior so that visitors can watch the shows comfortably.
The interior surface is optimized with a special coating material to increase the projection quality.
Full dome education and science contents are integrated into the system and continuous use is supported.
The Planetarium has become an important center for events, educational programs and technology-focused visitor experiences organized in Izmir Bilişim Vadisi.
